Specialist psychological therapy for anxiety, trauma, self-criticism, perfectionism and neurodivergence, for children, young people and adults.

A space to feel safe, seen, and supported

I work with adults, children, and young people who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or struggling beneath the surface,
even when things seem ok on the outside.

Grounded in evidence.
Delivered with compassion.

Branch
"Instead of asking what’s wrong with you, let’s start with what happened to you. We’ll make space to sit with your struggles — without blame, without shame — but with the compassion you truly deserve. At your pace, together, we’ll begin to understand what you need and what might help you move forward in a way that feels more manageable and supportive."

About

I’m a psychological therapist working with adults, young people and children. I offer a calm, compassionate space to make sense of your experiences and explore what might help, at your pace, and in a way that feels steady and supportive.

My work is grounded in understanding how your experiences have shaped the patterns you’re dealing with now, including anxiety, trauma, and self-criticism. Together, we begin to make sense of these patterns through a compassionate, evidence-based lens, and explore ways forward that feel more manageable, supportive, and aligned with what matters to you.

Who I work with

Adults

Support for anxiety, trauma, self-criticism, perfectionism, and emotional overwhelm. Whether you’re navigating past experiences or present-day stress, therapy offers a space to make sense of what’s happening and explore what matters to you.

We work together to understand what’s been keeping things stuck and begin to move forward with greater clarity and self-compassion.

Young People

Being a young person can feel confusing, intense, and at times overwhelming. I offer a calm and supportive space where you can talk things through, make sense of your thoughts and feelings, and work out what might help.

Together, we explore ways to understand yourself with more kindness and care, at your own pace.

Children

I offer therapy for children from around age 7, using creative and age-appropriate approaches to help them express and make sense of their feelings. I work closely with parents or carers to support emotional wellbeing both in and outside of sessions.

I also offer short-term support for children preparing for transitions, including starting secondary school, where worries, overwhelm, or changes in confidence can begin to show up.
