Thank you for visiting my website, and welcome to Compassionate Therapy Practice. I founded this service to offer a safe, supportive space for children, young people, and adults to explore their experiences and difficulties without judgement.

I am a BABCP-accredited psychological therapist with specialist training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), and I'm currently training in EMDR. I work with a wide range of difficulties, from anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem, through to trauma and complex trauma. Alongside individual therapy, I also provide clinical supervision and expert consultation for professionals and organisations.

My approach is evidence-based and collaborative. I place compassion at the heart of therapy, helping people develop tools for change while supporting them to relate to themselves with greater understanding and kindness. I have extensive experience in the NHS and specialist trauma services, and I bring this knowledge into my private practice.


This blog will grow into a space where I share reflections on therapy, practical ideas for coping, and resources that may be helpful if you’re considering support. It is also a place where I’ll share updates on my professional work, including groups, workshops, and supervision opportunities.
